PROJECT NAME: INTER-WAREHOUSE CONVEYOR SYSTEM – AN KHE SUGAR FACTORY – GIA LAI

ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Reduced 90% labor cost for handling goods.
  • Integrated system management through a central control system, connected to warehouse goods management software.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Increase productivity, replacing labor dependency in production.
  • Transport between two warehouses and navigate some curves and turns.
  • Flip and rotate bags in the correct direction without misalignment.
  • Capacity: 60 tons/hour – Applied standards: OWTEK standards.

OWTEK TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:

  • Designed a conveyor system to flip bags correctly, stably, and without sagging.
  • Designed horizontal and inclined conveyors that can run smoothly and automatically prevent misalignment.
  • Designed an automated control system with interlocks, capable of counting, weighing, and checking products passing through the conveyor, controlled by a central control PM that connects data to the warehouse management system.
