ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Reduced 90% labor cost for handling goods.
- Integrated system management through a central control system, connected to warehouse goods management software.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- Increase productivity, replacing labor dependency in production.
- Transport between two warehouses and navigate some curves and turns.
- Flip and rotate bags in the correct direction without misalignment.
- Capacity: 60 tons/hour – Applied standards: OWTEK standards.
OWTEK TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:
- Designed a conveyor system to flip bags correctly, stably, and without sagging.
- Designed horizontal and inclined conveyors that can run smoothly and automatically prevent misalignment.
- Designed an automated control system with interlocks, capable of counting, weighing, and checking products passing through the conveyor, controlled by a central control PM that connects data to the warehouse management system.
