PROJECT NAME: WOOD CHIP CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR LOADING ONTO VEHICLES

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• Increase the capacity of loading wood chip onto vehicles from 100 tons/hour to 350 tons/hour, reduce existing operational costs (using loaders and bulldozers).
• Provide a mechanism to load materials onto vehicles that is easy, effective, and safer.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:

• The conveyor system was designed with an integrated hopper.
• The hopper system allowed the bulldozer to climb on without affecting the structure or rigidity of the conveyor, giving clients more control over the loading wood chip onto vehicles process.
