ACHIEVEMENTS:
- The system achieved the required capacity of 2000 tons/hour.
- The rotation mechanism operated smoothly and stably.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- Adjust and install the stacker and reclaimer system to facilitate coal loading from ships into the factory warehouse, with a required system capacity of 1500 tons/hour.
- The equipment was inconsistent, with deformities during importation and several faulty, incompatible contacts.
- The system includes two WB1800xL40000-50000mm conveyor lines running on two W4800mm rails. The most complex part is the 360-degree rotation mechanism, which supports the entire conveyor system above, with a total load of approximately 70 tons. The main issue to resolve was a safe and stable assembly that ensures dynamic balance during operation.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:
- Created a jig to adjust the frame, handling deviations at connection points on-site due to the large size of the equipment, making it impossible to transport back and forth.
- Worked with the client’s technical experts to propose solutions for each arising issue at the site.
- Developed a plan and method for assembling the equipment, ensuring synchronized, smooth, and safe interaction between equipment such as 120-ton cranes, 80-ton cranes, and other devices along with the workforce.
